Please note: Because B. Love has over 160+ titles, not all of them are on hand. On average, it takes 7-14 days (up to 21-28 during holiday seasons) for books to be delivered from the distribution company. After books are delivered, please allow up to 48 hours for shipping and 2-7 days for delivery depending on where you are located.

Please wait 21 days before emailing B. Love about the status of your order, especially if it is a preordered title. You will receive an email when your order has shipped. If you have not received that email, your order has not shipped.
After orders ship, any issues with late/missing packages should be handled directly with USPS via a claim. Once your claim has been filed and completed, if USPS doesn’t offer a refund, please reach out to B. Love via email with your claim number.
